Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative I to join reputed company for a summer employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, answering customer questions, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Requirements

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

* Four to six months of customer service experience in a call center environment required. * Preferred experience working in a college financial aid office or college administrative office.
