Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Manager State & Higher Education at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching and professionally developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management
- Executing the strategic direction of SLED managed travel accounts
- Increasing sales and establishing formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
- Broadening awareness of arenaflex corporate travel programs and services to SLED managed travel accounts
- Identifying, hiring, onboarding, and training a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
- Collaborating with fellow Leaders to drive business growth and innovation
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reputed company business objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a reputed company field
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the managed travel industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- U.S. citizenship or reputed company authorization to work in the U.S.
