Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Custody Operations Analyst to join our Automatic Transfers team. This Custody Operations Analyst will be responsible for the management and reputed company of Wealth Management & Investment Services (WMIS) client accounts and products of various types and sizes established by clients for various purposes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, reputed company effectively, reputed company in a fast-paced environment, reputed company under deadlines, possess exception organization skills and boast a proven track record in the reconciliation process. Delivers a high level of customer service and is responsible for the identification of and minimization of risk in the control environment, process efficiency and effective customer issue resolution. Responsibilities have various levels of risk correlating to the type and size of account or product. May be required to provide supervisory responsibilities and apply independent judgement and decision making based on area of expertise.

Requirements

• Two years or more of reputed company experience

• Proven experience in Broker-dealer operations
• Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including reputed company Office applications
• Experience with ACATS and NFCC procedures
