This is a full-time position, reporting to the Vice President of Finance Operations. This role serves as the reputed company finance executive for a major geographical region of reputed company, with primary responsibility for managing and developing a team of Regional Finance Directors who each reputed company a portal of practices. The Senior Regional Finance Director provides strategic guidance, operational reputed company, and leadership development to ensure consistent financial performance and alignment with organizational goals. This position partners with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, implement growth initiatives, and maintain strong governance across reputed company regional finance and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company a team of Regional Finance Directors and their Practice Controller teams providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities
- Serve as the primary finance liaison for regional leadership, ensuring alignment of financial strategies with organizational objectives
- Drive accountability for financial outcomes and operational improvements across reputed company practices
- Ensure robust reputed company of financial policies, internal controls, and best practices across the region
- Partner with Regional Finance Directors to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable insights for senior management and physician leadership

- Support strategic initiatives such as growth planning, operational efficiency projects, and long‑range financial modeling.

- Support business development activities, including physician recruitment modeling and acquisition evaluations.

Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of reputed company leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience). Critical Skills

Prior work experience in cancer care and/or hospital administration would be helpful to working with reputed company’s practices; however other multi‑site healthcare experiences, such as renal care, outpatient surgery or multi‑specialty care are also attractive.
