Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Relations Specialist – Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
GUEST RELATIONS:
+ Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests reputed company phone, email, or chat + reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional customer service + Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms
COMPANY TASKS:
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management + Assist with business financials/reputed company and reputed company reputed company systems
Technical Requirements:
+ Proficient in reputed company and/or HostAI + Ability to reputed company AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand + Deep familiarity with ChatGPT + Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors + Experience with reporting and submitting damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with reputed company and/or HostAI is a plus
- Familiarity with Operto Teams and reputed company reputed company is a plus
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

Note:
