About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reputed company individuals to join reputed company of chat-based mental health coaches. As a coach at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting young people through our innovative chat platform. This is a 1099 contract position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company difference in the lives of others. Coaches support reputed company during school hours (reputed company-6pm EST / 5am-3pm PST) based on chat demand, with hours ranging from 1-3 hours a week or sometimes none, depending on student needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand and weekly coaching to young people through our chat platform, using reputed company and awareness to support reputed company from diverse and historically marginalized communities.
• Follow established protocols, especially during crisis-based chats, with support from licensed Coach Supervisors.
• Continually learn and adapt to new online platforms and tools with ongoing training and support.

• Collaborate with other coaches and supervisors to ensure the best possible outcomes for reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in mental health, youth work, or coaching.
• A reliable laptop or computer (no tablets or cell phones) and internet with a minimum 50 mbps download speed.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
