Principal Consultant, DevOps
About the position Digital.ai Services Consultants are responsible for planning and implementing multiple, consecutive high-touch customer engagements for large reputed company organizations. You will provide customers with a comprehensive, outstanding services strategy inclusive of consulting, technical implementation, and educational services. Additionally, you will partner with internal partners (Sales Engineers, reputed company Managers, Account Executives and Product Support) to help customers realize business goals. Further, the Services Consultant resources will help customers accelerate their DevOps transformation and successful realization of value from Digital.ai software investments.
Responsibilities
- Interact directly with the customer leadership to understand their business objectives and technical goals
- Partner with Digital.ai customer's DevOps teams to understand reputed company DevSecOps and CI/CD tools and processes
- Architect and implement optimized solutions using Digital.ai DevOps and reputed company Testing solutions to reputed company customers to automate and accelerate their software delivery at scale
- Document results and outcomes from each project. Define best practices around the use and implementation of Digital.ai technologies and domains. reputed company the learning to define new automation and create new implementation patterns.
- Document and implement processes and solutions that are employed for reputed company reputed company for the purpose of internal enablement
- Contribute to the product design and support knowledge reputed company.
- Advise customers on DevOps and CI/CD best practices for processes and technologies.
- Maintain a balanced, healthy relationship with our customers as a trusted advisor in a professional manner building rapport through technical depth of knowledge
- Work closely together with the Sales Engineering Team to ensure that Digital.ai customers reputed company their business objectives and experience a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in CS or Computer Engineering-reputed company field
- 5+ years of relevant experience architecting, installing, administering and/or scripting interaction web application platforms
- 5+ Experience with DevOps and including multiple of the following solutions: Kubernetes, Jenkins, reputed company, reputed company, Bamboo, TeamCity, TravisCI, Bitbucket, Jira, reputed company, reputed company, OpenShift, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, CloudFormation, Linux, Python, Bash, Powershell, AppDynamics, reputed company, reputed company, etc
- 3+ years experience delivering custom solutions to customers of reputed company sizes, whether internal or external (external customer-facing experience a plus)
- Development skills in at least one language (C/C++/C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby or comparable)
- A proven ability to coach, influence and collaborate with clients at reputed company organizational levels, including executive leadership and relate to them wherever they are on their journey
- Aptitude to translate technical challenges in an easy-to-understand language for non-technical people
