Your primary focus will be on processing and managing various financial transactions, including reputed company processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers. You'll work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory institutions to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, including balancing and reconciling accounts

• Coordinate with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of transactions
• Assist various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Work on member cases and projects assigned to you
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for the timely and accurate processing of domestic and international budget transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for reputed company

Minimum Qualifications

* High school degree or GED

• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer/member service experience

• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
