Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Case Processor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing reputed company and courteous responses to their inquiries and concerns
- Logging detailed notes into our company software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Making daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, resolving issues, and providing updates on their cases
- Maintaining electronic customer records, including contact details, issues, and resolutions
- Updating billing information and ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Analyzing reputed company and setting goals to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participating in regular staff meetings, trainings, and reporting on any customer issues or concerns

- Computer proficiency, with experience using software applications and tools

Compensation and Benefits
