About the Role
At Stress Free Auto Care, we're redefining the automotive service experience by blending VIP-level customer service with high-impact sales results. We're seeking sales-driven customer service professionals who can confidently handle 75â100 inbound/outbound calls per day, meet KPIs, and reputed company service appointments. You won't be cold calling strangersâthese are warm leads and reputed company customersâyour job is to build trust, uncover needs, and secure the appointment while maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Convert inbound and outbound calls into confirmed vehicle service appointments.
