As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and text. You'll work closely with our Office Manager and other supervisors to ensure seamless communication and support. Key Responsibilities
* Answer general incoming calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule customer appointments and confirm them reputed company phone or email
- Provide support to the Office Manager and other supervisors as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Maintain an effective and accurate filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of documentation
- Invoicing and other administrative tasks as assigned

Office Support Specialist Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years or more of experience in office support or customer service
