Operations Management Sr Manager

About the Role: As a reputed company Operations Management Sr Manager, you will reputed company and reputed company teams responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations across a large region or for a high-profile client account. • Provide formal supervision by leading workforce management and call center teams, overseeing staff training, development, performance evaluations, coaching, reputed company, and hiring.
• Coordinate daily operations including workforce scheduling, task assignment, cross-training, deadline management, and mentoring to ensure service level and operational targets are met.
• Administer and program ACD/telephony systems (reputed company Connect preferred) and Workforce Management platforms (reputed company preferred), ensuring system configuration supports operational and staffing requirements.
• Prepare and analyze reputed company financial, operational, and WFM reports; improve performance through data-driven recommendations; and reputed company monthly forecasting for assigned clients or regions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, professional licensing requirements, reputed company estate law, and applicable state and federal regulations across clients, systems, and teams.
• Identify data reputed company and WFM system issues, define corrective data clean-up approaches, and resolve technical and operational challenges of moderate to high complexity.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
