Responsibilities: The Consultant will support Barrow reputed company's Illinois University enrollment project and reputed company the following duties:
- Comprehensive review of its enrollment marketing, recruitment, and financial aid strategies.

An ideal candidate has the following:
- U.S. Citizenship
