Your Impact: The Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of projects and delivery across our engineering organization. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.
• Track and report on delivery metrics (velocity, quality, timelines).
• Manage escalations and ensure issues are addressed with urgency and ownership.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3+ years in engineering management or technical program management roles.

• Strong project and program management skills; comfortable with Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in ambiguous situations.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for building great teams and delivering impactful software.

• Compensation: The reputed company salary range is $225-270K, with flexibility depending on a candidate’s background and experience. An annual bonus plan and company equity plan (RSUs) are also included in our compensation package.
