Your Impact: The Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of projects and delivery across our engineering organization. - Own the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, from planning to delivery.
- Establish and enforce repeatable processes for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.
- Track and report on delivery metrics (velocity, quality, timelines).
- Manage escalations and ensure issues are addressed with urgency and ownership.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3+ years in engineering management or technical program management roles.

- Strong project and program management skills; comfortable with Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in ambiguous situations.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for building great teams and delivering impactful software.
