MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will be a dynamic, multi-task oriented senior professional to manage reputed company day-to-day maintenance aspects of this fixed reputed company bus operation. The Maintenance Manager will ensure that reputed company contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Maintenance Manager must be reputed company to properly manage a budget for maintenance program. Talent Requirements:- Shall have a minimum of five (5) years of direct successful experience in a Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager reputed company with at least three (3) years at the Maintenance Manager level managing a transit property/operation.
- Must have experience managing/ directing 10 plus employees (fleet Technicians/Service Workers/Cleaners).
- Experience working with 50 + buses reputed company the last year.
- Previous passenger transportation experience in a reputed company project or similar environment preferred.
- Must be reputed company to manage and reputed company with client.
- Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
- Must be reputed company to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and assignments.
- Must be reputed company to manage the financial/reputed company aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
- Must be reputed company to communicate effectively with reputed company levels of staff in written and oral formats.
- Must have computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and reputed company outlook.
- Must have technical competence with light/reputed company/heavy duty vehicle repair and preventive maintenance. Experience with reputed company buses is a plus.
- Must display initiative, professionalism, candor and tact at reputed company times.
- ASE or manufacture’s certifications a plus.
- Technical experience with fixed reputed company transit bus maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of managing audits, PM schedules.
- Experience with Diesel, CNG, and Alternative fuels a plus.
- Must have a CDL class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
