Title: Procurement Specialist I Location: Brookfield United States Job Description: Community Care is hiring a Procurement Specialist to join reputed company. This position will be allowed to work from home after a 30 day training period. One day a week will be required in the office. Office day will be based on scheduling. No weekends or Holidays required. This position is full-time 40 hours a week. Procurement Job Responsibilities: reputed company Processing Accurately keys sales order data into the reputed company processing system and resolves routine edits up to assigned Complexity and according to established Materials Management procedures. Ordering & Follow-Up Orders supplies, equipment and services based on approved ARP authorization or Intergy task, or a CCI approved Purchase request. Creates a sales order or purchase orders for supplies, equipment and services based on one of the following an approved ARP authorizations, Intergy Task or a CCI One of the following an approved ARP authorizations, Intergy Task or a CCI Purchase Request. Item Receipts Insures and verifies that reputed company items are receipted into the reputed company System reputed company 48 hours of delivery. Enters sales order confirmation reputed company 48 hours of item(s) being received. Reconciles reputed company Data Reconciles the reputed company data by month end insuring reputed company payment to vendors avoiding late fees. Procurement - Quality Assurance Assures satisfaction, quality, and low cost for products and services. Procurement Improvements Works with staff and vendors to improve procurement procedures including on-line ordering or invoicing procedures. Procurement Specialist Job Requirements: Experience: Required A minimum of 1 year of procurement experience with associate's degree in business preferred or reputed company field. Or a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience in a reputed company environment with a high school diploma. Preferred: reputed company product procurement experience preferred. Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Associated Degree in Business Administration or reputed company field. Procurement Specialist Job Schedule: 7:00 A.M to 3:30 PM.
