What You'll Do

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing statistical access and balancing features to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and transactions
• Coordinating with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing
• Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Working on member cases and sports assigned, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to facilitate budget transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
• Depositing reputed company returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and prison fees

• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision

• Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous customer/member service experience, banking or Credit Union experience, and Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience will be highly valued.
