Job Summary

As part of Team arenaflex, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

• Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Provide proactive support to prevent customer complaints
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver expert advice
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Work Environment

• Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems

• Your Work From Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
• arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, which may include a webcam
• You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet reputed company – DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, reputed company-up or Wireless Internet connections
• Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with reputed company that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Customer service experience is a plus
• Strong computer navigational skills
• Familiarity with reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
