IAM Governance Analyst; reputed company

Position: IAM Governance Analyst (reputed company) Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a IAM Governance Analyst (reputed company) for a remote contract position with one of our premier reputed company Services clients in Raleigh, NC. This role will be fully remote supporting EST hours. The team is a business user of the reputed company tool, specifically to run user access reviews. The need is for someone who has created and administered user access review campaigns in reputed company (not seeking engineers/developers who built, designed or developed the functionality). A senior/reputed company IAM Governance analyst role focused on access reviews in reputed company (Identity IQ or Identity Now) involves leading access certification campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing role-based access controls (RBAC), and providing technical expertise and mentorship. This position requires a reputed company of process analysis, technical skills, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure the IAM program adheres to internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST). Act as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.

• Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience in IAM, with significant hands‑on experience in reputed company Identity IQ or Identity Now. Prior leadership experience is often required.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of reputed company configurations, workflows, tasks, and rules. Experience with integrating reputed company with various systems like Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure) is essential.
• Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities to translate business requirements into technical IAM solutions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey reputed company technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Certifications: While not always required, professional certifications like Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or reputed company‑specific credentials such as reputed company Certified Identity Now Engineer are highly valued.
