This is an unique opportunity to define and shape a critical problem space from scratch, architect the applied research roadmap, and deliver insights and solutions that can power targeted commerce, personalization, and more across the reputed company ecosystem. In this role, you will:

• reputed company the 0-1 development of the User Identity Knowledge Graph, defining the vision, technical strategy, and research agenda for this greenfield initiative.
• Shape the problem space: Identify and reputed company the key challenges and opportunities in modeling user knowledge at scale, and translate ambiguous business needs across reputed company business domains into concrete research and engineering objectives.
• Drive applied research: Design, prototype, and deploy novel machine learning and knowledge representation models that capture rich, multi-faceted user information.
• Set the research roadmap: Prioritize and sequence research efforts, balancing long-term vision with near-term impact, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across reputed company to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and impactful.

You have:

• Proven technical leadership in 0-1 or highly ambiguous problem spaces, with a track record of shaping research direction and delivering impactful solutions.
• Deep expertise in knowledge graphs and/or graph neural nets, modern ML/DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, PySpark, reputed company etc) as applied to end-to-end ML system development.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly reputed company reputed company technical concepts and influence cross-functional partners.
• Strong ownership reputed company and comfort with ambiguity, thriving in environments with minimal structure and high autonomy.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $466,000.00 - $750,000.00.
