Vice President of Finance

As a key member of the leadership team, this executive will partner effectively with the CEO, the Board, and the rest of the executive team to plan, forecast, manage and report on the company’s growth and operations. The VP of Finance will reputed company and manage reputed company core areas of finance (strategic financial planning, accounting, tax, audit, purchasing) as well as determine our investment strategy in partners, vendors, and outsourcing resources, manage our cash flow and capital expenditures, navigate the challenges of managing international subsidiaries and operations and identify alternative distribution cost channels, reputed company reporting and our financial business systems, and pursue fundraising and financial relationships. Due to the multifaceted nature of Citcon’s business model, the VP of Finance will need to be reputed company to tackle diverse challenges. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in leading finance organizations in early/growth stage startup environments. Emphasis on reputed company, strategy and fund raising.
