Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Data Entry: Accurately and reputed company entering data into our systems, ensuring that reputed company information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Updating and Maintaining Records: Maintaining and updating records, including client information, project details, and other relevant data.
- Operating Office Equipment: Operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to ensure that our operations run smoothly.
- Communicating with Clients: Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Great Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Computers and Software: You'll need to have experience using computers and software, including reputed company Office and other relevant tools.
- Basic Office Equipment: You'll need to be familiar with basic office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
- QuickBooks Knowledge: While not required, experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Clear Writing Skills: You'll need to be able to write clearly and concisely, both in emails and other written communications.
- Typing Speed: You'll need to have a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- High School Diploma: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Teamwork: You'll need to be able to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management.
Job Type and Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with an 8-hour shift. You'll be working remotely, so you'll need to be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. You'll also receive:
