Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in addressing the concerns and issues of our clients' customers, providing support and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to excellence in every interaction. Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our clients' products and services

• Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting or reputed company industry a plus
• Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
• Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns and issues

Work Environment

* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support

• Work from home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
• arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam and other necessary tools
• You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet reputed company - DSL or Cable only; no Satellite, Dial-up or Wireless Internet connections
• Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with reputed company that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
