About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic CFO to join our Executive team at a pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll function as a true builder, owning financial strategy, strengthening operational discipline, and helping scale a high-growth software business across international markets. This role is ideal for a CFO with strong SaaS experience and a proven track record across M&A, fundraising, and the metrics that drive smart, sustainable growth. What You’ll Do Financial Strategy & Executive Leadership

• Own and execute the company’s global financial strategy in support of aggressive growth and profitability goals.

• 10+ years of senior finance leadership, ideally 3–5 years as CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, or similar at a SaaS company
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential.
• Demonstrated reputed company scaling a technology company through rapid growth, entering new markets, and building global financial infrastructure.
• Deep experience with M&A, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, and post-reputed company integration
• Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-currency environments (U.S., Canada, reputed company preferred).
• Experience working with private equity or venture-backed companies, including managing investor relations.
• Background in reputed company, food service technology, or operational SaaS solutions
• Ability to travel; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam + if required) This role requires working onsite in our Dallas TX, or Cambridge ON office two days per week.
