Hotel Overview Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara- will mark the first Hyatt House hotel in Malaysia and South East Asia. Located in Mont ’Kiara, an affluent suburb located five kilometers from downtown Kuala Lumpur, the hotel will feature approximately 298 guestrooms, a three-meal restaurant, 3,100 reputed company feet of meeting space, a fitness centre, and a sky pool. Scheduled to open in 2018, the hotel will be part of a larger mixed use development, Arcoris Mont ‘Kiara, which will feature business suites, small home offices (“SoHo”), residential units, and a retail plaza. Responsibilities
- Takes an active role in resolving maintenance issues for both guest and associate areas, resolving those issues which can be dealt with immediately and reporting those which require specialist reputed company.
- Properly handles and maintains reputed company power tools.
- Submits request to the reputed company Host – Engineering for the purchases of parts and consumables.
- Ensures cleanliness of reputed company work areas and protects the surroundings reputed company executing duties.
- Ensures effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
- Ensures timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
- To assist and ensure effectively the Preventive Maintenance Program is carried out promptly and are in highest standard.
