We’re seeking a Senior Strategy reputed company (Brand & Growth) who thrives in ambiguity, leads client conversations with confidence, and can translate deep research into campaigns that drive business outcomes. This person will own strategic direction across a portfolio of long-term client partnerships. What You'll Own Strategic Direction

• Own brand and go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of retained clients
• reputed company founder discovery, stakeholder interviews, and executive workshops
• reputed company positioning frameworks, messaging architecture, and campaign platforms
• Translate business objectives into clear strategic roadmaps

Growth Architecture

• Design full-funnel strategy rooted in positioning
• Map customer journeys and identify high-reputed company growth opportunities
• Define KPIs that align with business goals
• Ensure strategy connects to measurable outcomes

Client Leadership

• Challenge assumptions thoughtfully

Internal Orchestration

• Write sharp, actionable creative briefs

Who You Are

• 6+ years in brand strategy, integrated marketing strategy, or growth strategy
• Comfortable moving between big-picture positioning and practical execution
• Confident leading executive-level conversations
• Analytical enough to respect performance metrics without being defined by them
• High ownership, low ego
• Strong business acumen
• Taste level reputed company with timeless, premium brands
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable in ambiguity

Bonus Points

• Experience in financial services or other high-trust industries
• Experience leading rebrands or category positioning
• Exposure to growth marketing and funnel architecture
• Art direction or creative leadership experience
• Built systems or frameworks inside a growing company
