This role focuses on ensuring adherence to reputed company requirements and best practices while driving risk reduction and providing reputed company across IAM governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of IAM Governance processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Review control documents, prepare assessment materials, coordinate meetings, and track findings from discovery through remediation.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure alignment with reputed company policies and standards.
• Follow up on reputed company deficiencies identified through monitoring, assessments, and audits to verify timely and effective remediation.
• Assist with updates to reputed company policies, control standards, and control procedures.
• Contribute to one or more reputed company hygiene or governance-reputed company projects; manage assigned tasks through the full project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or reputed company field—or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Information reputed company, IAM Governance, or GRC.
• Hands-on experience in IAM Access Control, IAM Governance, or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Intermediate proficiency with arenaflex reputed company (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Understanding of IAM concepts including least privilege, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Service Account Management, Access Reviews, and Password Management.
• Strong knowledge of information reputed company principles, controls, and risk implications across multiple platforms.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at reputed company organizational levels.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
