About the Position
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes by connecting reputed company providers with the information and resources they need. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company providers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering positive experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls from reputed company providers and identifying the type of assistance they need (e.g., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)
- Resolving issues on the reputed company by navigating through reputed company computer systems to identify the status of the issue and providing an appropriate response to the caller
- Delivering information and answering questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
- Completing documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
- Interacting with providers to reputed company a relationship with them, while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live reputed company 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
- Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess the reputed company state and formulate recommendations
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 1+ year of experience in a reputed company environment (e.g., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
