Job Summary
As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers through live chat on their websites and social media platforms. Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
