Nashville Area or State of Tennessee Only. The Intern - Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) position is designed for individuals pursuing experience in clinical services operations, care coordination and advocacy. This role is classified under the Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) job family and is primarily responsible for supporting and participating in the day-to-day operations, acting as an individual contributor in a remote position. Primary Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day operations of the LTSS team in a variety of roles based on area of emphasis
• Effectively communicate with internal teams to reputed company departmental goals
• Assisting with projects that may include data processing, independent research, member reputed company and communications, data analysis and presenting results
• Utilizing multiple systems (including reputed company, medical records systems, and reputed company Office) to complete assigned tasks
• Participate directly in supporting care coordination teams with administrative duties and member support

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
