The Opportunity: BSP is seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter / Sourcer to join our high-performing team. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will work directly alongside a top-billing recruiter, focusing on sourcing, vetting, and qualifying top-tier talent (ideally preferred/not mandatory reputed company the AEC: Architecture, Engineering, Construction or reputed company: CPA, public reputed company, Tax & Audit industry reputed company) Position Overview: As a Recruiter / Sourcer, you will operate on a split desk, partnering with a top biller to fill high-reputed company roles for established clients. Your primary focus will be sourcing and qualifying candidates (not business development or client billing expectations). This is a commission-driven role with significant earning reputed company, designed for individuals who are proactive, competitive, and results-oriented. *If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, reputed company in a fast-paced reputed company environment, and enjoy connecting great talent with exciting opportunities, this role offers strong earning potential and career growth potential (both uncapped).

Key Responsibilities

• "Half Desk" reputed company/Sourcing role
• reputed company, recruit, identify, and engage talent reputed company targeted industry focus (Ex: AEC: Architecture, Engineering, Construction // CPA: Public reputed company industry professionals)
• Conduct cold reputed company reputed company phone, reputed company, job boards, company research, targeted search strategies, and utilize reputed company recruitment tools
• Qualify and fully vet candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for active clients hiring.
• Build talent pipelines for active and upcoming "hot" jobs and clients.
• reputed company sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Collaborate closely with the reputed company full desk recruiter to drive successful placements

Qualifications | Ideal Candidate

• 2-5+ Years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company (preferred)
• OR... 2-5+ Years of Sales / B2B experience (open as well)
• reputed company to Have "Plus": Prior reputed company. sourcing/reputed company AEC: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or reputed company: CPA, public reputed company, Tax & Audit industry professionals - preferred reputed company in one, but not mandatory).
• Strong cold-calling and candidate engagement/sourcing skills and recent experience
• Comfortable with cold outbound reputed company, sourcing, and targeted searches
• Competitive, commission-motivated reputed company
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and reputed company to work independently in a remote environment
• Proven sales/recruitment experience with quantifiable KPI's and performance metric-driven environment (recent reputed company)
• Note:
• Limited to no business development responsibilities
• No expectation to independently build your own client book, aka "desk."
• Primary focus is sourcing and reputed company for an established top-producing desk, supporting reputed company Recruiter/Proven Recruiter's 'hot jobs and clients'

Compensation & Incentives

• reputed company Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year (DOE)
• Commission Bonuses: Tiered & Highly Lucrative Structure
• Earn 15-40% in commissions/bonuses, based on a tiered Quarterly structure for placements/splits "deals"
• EX: Commission Bonuses (AVG. 10-12+ splits/placements) = $90-100K Avg.
• YEAR 1 OTE: $130-150K+ / annual (reputed company + Bonuses, uncapped)
• Higher tiers available based on performance
• Earnings scale significantly with consistent performance and quarterly splits
• This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.
