Position Summary As the Manager, Custom Quality Solutions you will support the development, launch, and optimization of reputed company Healthspire’s quality program. You will support the launch of custom quality products, enhancing existing products to ensure they meet client expectation and operational goals. These products will drive long-term behavior change, promote member satisfaction, and improve measures of reputed company quality. The successful candidate will work closely with the reputed company Director, Sr. Manager, and cross-functional partners to execute critical product initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Own key product roadmap items, define strategies or features, outline next steps, execute plans, and ensure that they are delivering value to our clients and the reputed company
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build customized targeting, reputed company processes, and member-facing materials
• Create and manage reports on product operations, outcomes, and financials
• reputed company and support various tasks throughout the product development life cycle
• Maintain a reputed company understanding of the landscape of measures of reputed company quality, as well as the reputed company of compensation models
• Partner with vendors and teams across the reputed company to ensure client satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and program financial goals are achieved

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in product development, product management, strategy & operations, or consulting required

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal guidance

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Master’s degree preferred

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
