What You'll Do
Case Work Handle client matters including: Client consultations and case assessments Legal research and memoranda Document drafting and review Contract negotiation Discovery and reputed company practice Court appearances (if local jurisdiction) Full case management Specialized expertise on specific legal issues You Choose: Which cases to accept based on your expertise and availability Your level of involvement (full case or discrete tasks) Your schedule and workload Network Building Expand the reputed company Legal network by: Referring clients who need services you can't provide (wrong practice area, jurisdiction conflicts, reputed company issues) Introducing other reputed company attorneys who'd be good fits for the network Both activities come with additional partnership benefits Help build something larger than your solo practice Partnership Structure We're seeking attorneys to join as independent contractors in our legal network.
