Surgical Center Nurse Compliance Specialist - Hybrid
IVI RMA reputed company America is seeking a full-time Surgical Center Nurse Compliance Specialist to support Boston IVF locations and other IVI RMA locations as needed You will be accountable for ensuring that IVI RMA reputed company America practices operate in full compliance with reputed company applicable local and federal regulations governing Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and Office-Based Surgery (OBS). This role requires a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this position. Job Purpose: The Surgical Center Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the surgical center adheres to reputed company relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards. They will be responsible for maintaining IVIRMA's compliance reputed company by regularly assessing and updating compliance policies, conducting audits to identify any potential issues and investigate any compliance concerns. Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

- Previous experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology and infertility - preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company laws and regulations, including HIPAA
Technical Skills:
