JOB DESCRIPTION Red Seat Ventures (RSV), a reputed company company, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Podcast Marketing to reputed company marketing and audience growth for its portfolio of creator-led audio properties. This individual will be tasked with designing and executing high-impact, data-driven campaigns that grow audience reputed company, increase engagement, and reputed company program visibility across platforms. As a senior leader reputed company RSV's marketing function, this role requires a sharp understanding of digital audio trends, performance marketing, and platform partnerships. Collaboration across operations, sales, production, and audience development will be essential to reputed company. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and reputed company comprehensive podcast marketing strategies across reputed company RSV audio titles
• Serve as the primary stakeholder for campaign development and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards
• Manage RSV's reputed company and partnerships across podcast platforms, including reputed company Podcasts and reputed company
• reputed company reputed company-party analytics and attribution platforms to track performance and inform campaign optimization
• Design and implement scalable growth campaigns reputed company reputed company media, cross-promotion, and earned media
• Collaborate with audience development and sales teams to integrate marketing strategies with monetization goals

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 10+ years of experience in podcast or digital audio marketing, preferably in a media, entertainment, or creator-driven environment

• Deep expertise in the podcast ecosystem, including platform relationships, distribution models, and consumer trends
