As a Director of Contract Manufacturing (CoMan) you will report to the Senior Director, CoMan, and oversees reputed company aspects of the regional relationships between reputed company and designated contract manufacturers. This role serves as a key leader in negotiating, executing, and managing manufacturing reputed company, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with reputed company requirements. Responsibilities include end-to-end supply chain reputed company to proactively address operational issues reputed company to production, quality, transportation, and warehousing. The Director also plays an integral role in supporting innovation initiatives, from strategic planning and on‑site implementation to the successful, on‑time launch of new products. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct Annual Letter Settlement investigations, ensuring alignment and resolution with contract manufacturing partners.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain performance, tracking line attainment and implementing corrective action plans as necessary to improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
• Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.
