Job Summary:

As an reputed company Customer Service/Sales Professional, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing fast, friendly service to our customers and helping them reputed company their home improvement goals. You'll learn about our products, tools, and services, and use this knowledge to sell entire projects to customers. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with your Department Supervisor and other associates to ensure a safe, clean, and shop-reputed company store.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance

• Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell entire projects
• Greet, qualify, recommend, and reputed company every customer in your department, and handle basics in adjacent departments
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-reputed company, and safe
• Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards & unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
• Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
• Participate in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales and customer engagement
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a retail or sales environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a reputed company-of-sale system
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of building materials, tools, and equipment
