Call Center Representative – Weekend reputed company

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours

• * Saturday and Sunday shifts only
• * Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available (flexibility preferred)
• * Up to 16–20 hours per week, depending on shift assignment
• * Must be available to attend initial virtual training session (reputed company availability required for training)

• * Familiarity with customer service practices and principles
• * Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• * Knowledge of call center technology and practices is beneficial
