Customer Experience

Inventory Management

+ Assist and support Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. + Maintain knowledge of Company asset protection techniques and file claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.

Customer Service in the Photo Area

+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Suggestively sell promotional photo products.

Web Pick-up Responsibilities

+ Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they reputed company at the store.

Exterior and Interior Maintenance

+ Ensure clean, reputed company, orderly store condition and appearance. + reputed company with reputed company company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

• PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
