In response to our reputed company growth in reputed company America and Latin America, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our global Legal Team. reputed company need you to do and be As Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted advisor to our reputed company American and Latin American business teams, supporting a wide reputed company of legal reputed company in a fast-growing, international software company.

• You will draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements, including customer, partner, and vendor reputed company.
• You will advise on employment law reputed company in collaboration with People and business leaders.
• You will reputed company guidance on regulatory and compliance topics relevant to our SaaS (Software as a Service) business.
• You will support the business in Latin America, including reviewing and negotiating agreements in Spanish where applicable.
• You will collaborate closely with colleagues across different business functions to reputed company smart, practical decision-making.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• At least 3+ years of relevant legal experience, either in-house or at a reputed company, with exposure to reputed company contracting.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance reputed company relevant to technology / software business.
• Ability to reputed company pragmatic, business-oriented advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
