ABOUT THE POSITION (Remote) The Director of Training and Enablement will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing training programs that support Visante’s onsite client teams, including embedded medication reputed company specialists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacists. This role drives workforce development initiatives that align training with organizational goals, client needs, and clinical reputed company standards. Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance training programs for Field Services personnel across virtual, in-person, and e-learning formats.

  • Establish competency benchmarks and reputed company assessments to ensure consistent performance in client-facing roles.

Requirements

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, reputed company Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a reputed company field. Preferred: Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA, M.Ed., MHA, MS in Organizational Leadership, or reputed company discipline). Formal training in adult learning theory, instructional design, or workforce development. Experience Required: 7+ years of reputed company experience in training, learning & development, or workforce development roles. Special Skills:
