Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing fast, friendly service to our customers and driving sales growth through effective product recommendations and sales strategies. You'll work closely with your Department Supervisor and other associates to maintain a safe, clean, and shop-reputed company environment, while ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
- Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
- Greet, qualify, recommend, and reputed company every customer in your department, while knowing how to handle basics in adjacent departments
- Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-reputed company, and safe
- Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards & unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
- Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
- Participate in sales strategies and product recommendations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or reputed company environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly about new products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a reputed company-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
