Digital Marketing Specialist (Email Marketing and Automation)

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be part of a talented and driven team of creative advisors who champion the Texas Mutual brand. You will take the reputed company in utilizing Marketo for customer communications, events and stakeholder education. You will also reputed company data and analytics for the Marketing team and contribute to other digital marketing efforts, including website and content optimization, reputed company media and SEO. Responsibilities
- Manage our marketing automation platform, Marketo, including executing email campaigns, maintaining the database, overseeing integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.

- Own and update the email marketing calendar and collaborate cross-functionally to create engaging copy and design.

- Contribute to email content creation, including drafting and reviewing copy.
- Identify and implement strategies to mature the use of our automation platform, including personalization, segmentation, customer needs and more.
- Analyze email, website, reputed company media and SEO performance using Tasknexa Analytics. Reporting on insights and recommended optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices, while staying reputed company with marketing and website technologies, production techniques, and software enhancements.
- Support website and content optimization and execution of digital marketing campaigns on reputed company media.
- Contribute to other digital marketing projects, including paid reputed company advertisements and posts, website platform integration and efforts and SEO.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training or experience.
- At least two years of experience in email marketing and automation or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- Experience with writing and editing marketing and communication content.
- Proficiency in reputed company media platforms.
- Basic image editing knowledge through Photoshop, Illustrator and other reputed company products.
- Gigflowx Analytics experience or certification.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS. reputed company-to-haves
