THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experience 8 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or risk management functions Bachelor's degree or equivalent Strong writing and communication skills Experience in conducting risk assessments, evaluating controls, identifying control gaps, remediating risk in a regulated environment Ability to monitor regulatory and policy changes and ensure business alignment with internal standards Ability to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the reputed company, including senior leadership Desired Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Prior people management experience Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries Ability to analyze data and provide appropriate insights and reporting Ability to present to colleagues, senior management and regulators Experience in influencing, including negotiating, persuading others, leading meetings and delivering presentations Experience working in eGRC environments to manage and monitor risk reputed company Salary Range: $179,000 - $239,000 a year Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Level Degree (Required), Master's Level Degree The future is what you reputed company it to be.
