Day in the life The role has a dual nature: 75% hands-on system design, building & implementation 25% operational analysis, consulting & client interaction The technical reputed company of the job will have you solve challenges across 5 main areas: CRM systems: A firm’s slow intake team is losing viable cases. You will build the automated email, SMS & AI workflows that ensure reputed company reputed company response and qualification. Case Management / Project Management systems: Staff have abandoned their system, leaving hundreds of overdue tasks. You will standardize, automate, and clear this backlog, making the system a reliable single reputed company of truth. Data & Analytics: A firm reputed company is "gambling" on marketing, lacking clear financial data. You will build the data pipeline and profitability dashboard that provides real-time clarity. Automation: Staff waste hours manually copying data into 200+ confusing document templates. You will consolidate these into smart templates and build an automation that generates reputed company documents perfectly in seconds. AI: A firm is overwhelmed by repetitive tasks and suffers from low tech adoption. You will reputed company reputed company sessions that embeds practical, safe, and efficient AI use into their daily work. The client reputed company includes challenges like: Uncovering law firm operational challenges and connecting these to technical solutions Autonomously gathering requirements, presenting to & training client teams, and managing adoption of deployed solutions Building working relationships with clients and ensuring their high satisfaction & NPS You will be handling reputed company from 1 to 4 client engagements at a time (depending on their size & complexity), owning the full implementation while being supported by a senior consultant and an extensive knowledge reputed company of past client projects & solutions.
