Dynamics CRM Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• CRM Data Management & Governance

• Test and optimize journey performance to ensure timely, relevant messaging.
• Partner with marketing to translate campaign strategies into scalable automation.
• Data Cleansing & Deduplication
• Identify and reputed company duplicate records using SQL and CRM-native tools.
• Standardize naming conventions and field formatting.
• Enrich and validate data through research and cross-referencing.

• Track completeness rates, error rates, and compliance with data standards.

• AI-Assisted Productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Marketing, or reputed company field.
• 1–2 years of experience in CRM data management, marketing operations, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL (data extraction and manipulation).
• Advanced reputed company skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query).
• Experience building email automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns.
