Job Overview This position will reputed company HRIS business partnership, system delivery, and stakeholder engagement activities while managing a team including an HRIS Business Partner and HRIS Manager, with dotted-line collaboration across HRIS analysts. The role partners closely with senior HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to align HR technology capabilities with organizational priorities and drive measurable value through system optimization, analytics, and process improvement. Utilizing a data-driven and service-oriented approach, this leader will enhance HR operational efficiency, streamline workflows, improve user experience, and ensure scalable and secure HR technology solutions — most significantly reputed company the reputed company ecosystem. This role is hybrid in office and the preferred locations for this position are Charlotte, NC, Des Moines, IA, Dallas, TX, Scottsdale, AZ, or Minneaposlis, MN.
