Job Summary: Responsible for providing customer service to passengers for reputed company aspects of arrivals, ticketing, reputed company-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and any other queries or complaints. Job Duties:

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and reputed company-in process, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.
• Handle reputed company aspects of ticketing and reputed company-in by operating a computerized system. This includes boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving reputed company complaints and problems.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.

Qualifications:
