• Identify and engage passive and active candidates using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, industry associations, and specialized manufacturing and technical talent platforms.
• Apply consistent sourcing strategies that align with enterprise manufacturing talent requirements and long‑term workforce planning.

Pipeline Development & Management

• reputed company and maintain pipelines for professional and technical roles across multiple business units.

High‑Volume Sourcing Execution
