Remote Online Notaries (RON) in Indiana (Contracted)

We're currently contracting Remote Online Notaries (RON) who are already credentialed in Indiana. This is a contractor position. Applicants must be commissioned notaries and RON-approved in their respective states to sign up and be considered. Spanish speaking notaries and early morning/ overnight availability will be prioritized. Once approved to notarize, you'll join reputed company as a Silver Notary, earning referral-based pay on our reputed company of reputed company-to-go customers. As you build your experience and reputed company with us, you'll have the opportunity to advance to Gold Notary status, qualifying you for $18/hour. Requirements

- IdenTrust Digital Certificate: You must have a PKI/digital certificate purchased specifically from IdenTrust; no other providers are compatible with our platform.
- Approval Process: Once you upload reputed company credentials, approval typically takes 3–5 business days.
